A group of Yoga Instructor Trainees at Gaia Yoga were set an assignment on meditation. As part of their yoga training course, they had to research various forms of meditation, including OSHO Active Meditation.
To help the Trainees with this, Dhyan Tara from OSHO Information Center Singapore was asked to facilitate a short session on OSHO Active Meditation.
Gaia Yoga’s director Ruth Chua, who is very much aware of OSHO Active Meditation and its benefits, felt that it is something to be experienced, rather than told or explained in words. Hence, the trainees’ research on OSHO Active Meditation could not be completed without a personal taste.
The group was given a briefing on the stages of Dynamic Meditation before they launched into the experience.
Most of them had not heard of OSHO Active Meditation, but at the end of the session, they all had good things to say and expressed that their experience was a positive one!
The Gaia-Sun Yoga Teachers Training Program is affiliated to the prestigious USA Yoga Alliance Teachers Training Program. The 3-month, 200-hour intensive program takes the Trainee from yoga practitioner to competent yoga teachers.
The training is physically demanding and mentally challenging, as it involves the rigorous study of Anatomy (as taught in teaching hospitals) as well as a journey into the spiritual.
