Active Meditation Workshop at MDIS

In January 2006, Dhyan Tara from OSHO Information Center Singapore facilitated a workshop for students and other participants at the Management Development Institute of Singapore (MDIS).

The workshop started with a group discussion of what each participant's thoughts on what meditation really is, followed a briefing on how modern living in Singapore may cause stress.

The group kicked off with Dynamic Meditation. For most of the participants, it was their first time experiencing this. The second meditation introduced was Kundalini, which was clearly a hot favourite for many of the participants!

The workshop ended at about 5pm with the everyone feeling calm, grounded and deeply relaxed.

Everyone was in such joyous mood that nobody wanted to leave the studio! They were all so enthusiastic about the OSHO Active Meditations that they even followed the facilitator to the washroom, all eager to find out when the next session will happen!
